The 15 stage coastal oven cleaning process
Stage 1 – We inspect the oven looking for any irregularities, to ensure all components are working and if the bulbs need replacing. We shall also protect the floor at this point
Stage 2 – Removal of all the component parts, racks, trays, back panels, fan and any other removable parts. Once the oven has been stripped the oven will be turned on and allowed to get warm. (Its imperative that the oven heats up to allow our cleaning system to be effective).
Stage 3 – We place all component parts in our heated tank solution. These will begin to boil in a soap based solution.
Stage 4 – Now the oven is hot we will begin to scrape all the carbon off the door.
Stage 5 – Removal of door to allow for better access to the main casket of the oven
Stage 6 – Scraping of all the carbon from inside the oven and then to scrub the oven using our soap based products.
Stage 7 – Wipe through all residue and ensure all dirt has been removed
Stage 8 – Turn on the grill to burn off any carbon that is sitting on the element.
Stage 9 – Where possible and if also required we shall split the door apart to clean in between the glass and remove any marks of dust build up
Stage 10 – We shall replace the door and clean any remaining dirt of the exterior glass.
Stage 11 – Return to the tank in back of the van to clean the racks, trays and back panels.
Stage 12 – Wipe through all the component parts to look for any remaining dirt.
Stage 13 – Now the grill has cooled down we can wipe through and polish up the interior of the oven ready for the component parts to be replaced.
Stage 14 – With the Oven now being completely clean of all grease and carbon and actually shining. We can polish and shine all the components then replace these.
Stage 15 – The Oven Clean is now completed and we shall tidy up any mess and leave your kitchen the way we found it but with a nice new looking oven
